Andrew's Appliance Rentals
Laundry at home without the upfront cost
We're a local Fresno business. Andrew and his dad deliver and install every set themselves, then keep it running. If something breaks, we fix it or swap in another set.
Rent-to-own is a rental-purchase agreement. You don't own the set until all payments are made or you use the early purchase option. Sets are used and refurbished. Pricing depends on the set, and you get the full total before you sign.
How it works
Step 1
Check your area
Enter your ZIP and choose side-by-side or stackable.
Step 2
Send photos
A photo of your hookups and your space measurements, so we bring the right set.
Step 3
We deliver & install
Sign the agreement, pick a day, and we hook it up and test it.
Step 4
Pay monthly
One monthly payment. Maintenance is included while you rent.
Check availability
See if we deliver to you
It takes 30 seconds. Then we'll reach out to sort out the details. Have these ready:
Your ZIP codeFresno, Clovis, Madera and nearby

Your space measurementsWidth especially, so we know what fits
A good hookup photo looks like this: water, drain, outlet and vent in view.
The question we get most
Should you rent or buy?
Renting isn't right for everyone. If you're staying in the same home for years and you're ready to invest in a set, buying can be a great option.
If you'd rather not spend hundreds upfront or haul heavy appliances, renting is the simple way to get laundry at home.
Buying
Hundreds of dollars upfront
Move and install it yourself
Repairs are on you
Best if you're staying for years
Renting with us
From $70/mo, no credit check
Delivered and installed
Maintenance included
Best if you want it easy
For landlords & property managers
In-unit laundry without buying a fleet
We supply, install and maintain washers and dryers across your units. Tenants get laundry at home, and you get one local contact when something breaks.
Maintenance is included. Message us and we'll fix it. If it isn't a quick fix, we swap in another set.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Yes. Every rental has a simple written agreement with a 6-month minimum. After that it continues month to month until either of us gives 30 days' notice, and then we pick up the set.
Is there a deposit?
No security deposit. You pay your first month (prorated) by invoice to lock in your install date.
How do I pay?
Monthly autopay by card. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
How much is delivery?
Free in Fresno and Clovis. Madera, Dinuba, Hanford and other cities have a delivery fee we quote before you book. Stairs may add an extra fee.
Will a stackable fit my space?
Send your ZIP code, a photo of your hookups and your space measurements. We'll help you figure it out.
